To complete our Rental Applications, you MUST be prepared to provide the following: - 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.  - Information on your monthly income. Please note that MOST properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. You MUST submit Proof of income by way of PayStubs (or Tax Returns if you are a 1099 Contractor ONLY) (Bank Statements WILL NOT be accepted) - If you are Military and have lived in the Barracks/Dorms and do not have 3 Years worth of Experience you may  use a Superior Officer as Reference. - Any person(s) over the age of 18 who will be residing in the Unit MUST submit a separate rental application. - Any Applications that have been submitted where the Applicant has not PHYSICALLY seen the Unit will automatically be Processed as a Sight Unseen Application. No showings will be scheduled for these Applications. Please note that Invest Alaska does not Rent to applicants who have been convicted of Murder, Sex Offense, or Domestic Violence. Invest Alaska also does not Rent to those who have had an Eviction on their Record.  Any applications not FULLY and PROPERLY filled out will not be considered. Application fee: $30.00 (Invest Alaska does NOT give refunds for Application Fees as they are used for processing).
